Returns
Since our products are handmade and food-grade, we maintain strict hygiene standards and therefore do not accept returns for pickles, honey, or oils once delivered.
However, we’re here to help if:
You received a damaged, expired, or wrong item
Your parcel was incomplete
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order on WhatsApp with photo evidence. We will either replace the product or issue store credit, depending on the situation.
