Welcome to PureOrganicPK. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order with us or browsing our site, you agree to abide by these terms.

🛒 Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed via our website or WhatsApp (+92 339 1549645).

All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and other payment methods (as available) upon mutual agreement.

Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 2 hours of placing them.

📦 Shipping & Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and delivered within 3–5 working days.

Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, or courier delays.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details to avoid delivery issues.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the homemade and perishable nature of our products (especially pickles and honey), we do not accept returns unless:

You received a wrong, damaged, or expired item.

You received an incomplete order.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your parcel, along with clear photos.

Upon verification, we may offer a replacement or store credit (as per our discretion).

🔐 Privacy
We value your privacy. Any information collected (name, contact, address) is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.

⚠️ Product Use & Allergies
Our products are made using natural ingredients; however, customers are advised to check ingredients in case of known allergies.

We are not liable for any health reaction or issue that may arise from misuse or overuse of products (including oils or pickles).

For external use items (like hair oils), perform a patch test before full application.

💬 Communication
By contacting us or placing an order, you consent to receive communication from us via WhatsApp, phone, or email regarding your order and product updates.
